Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has recently moved into her new luxury villa in the renowned Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles, for which she paid 3.2 million dollars.
Jennifer purchased the property at the end of April, while it is not as extravagantly large as her previous homes, the villa is a total of 260 square meters set in 523 square meters of land.
The contemporary design villa was built in 2007 by architect Melinda Gray. The two-story home is made up of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a guest room, dining room, a studio, modern kitchen and breakfast bar.
The layout of the garden consists of a large swimming pool with a patio, chill-out area with comfy sofas, a bar and an outdoor fire. The interior of the home is designed with wooden flooring, tall ceilings, with large open spaces giving a sensation of tranquility throughout the home.
The villa also has a large balcony on the upper floor, perfect for a spot of sunbathing.
The actress has recently sold her home by Lake Toluca for 2.15 million dollars. It would seem that Jennifer and her current boyfriend, Brian Hallisay, plan to move in together in this new Californian villa.
