Baywatch star, David Hasselhoff, has sold his luxury villa for 3.5 million dollars.
The luxury property had been on the market since the end of last year for almost 5 million dollars, however, after 6 months, and a drop in the price, he has finally found a buyer.
The property is situated in the Encino hills, at just 30km from Malibu, where the actor took part in the most famous lifeguard TV series of the 90’s.
The colonial style villa is situated on 1.5 acres of land at the end of a long tree-lined entrance.
The property is equipped with a wellness center, swimming pool, tennis court, two guest houses, along with an indoor pub, built by the actor.
The luxury building is distinguished by its many impressive characteristics, including two-story-high living room, a library, a gourmet kitchen and a multi-media room with a private cinema. The enormous windows allow natural light to spill into the property, creating an airy and light feel throughout.
The main house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and servants headquarters. Each of the two guest houses have a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
