Samantha Snyder is a Broker Associate with Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. Her commitment to service began at an early age while working in a family-owned restaurant, where she developed a passion for helping others through meaningful relationships. She went on to earn a degree in Biology from Le Moyne University—training that now informs her data-driven, analytical approach to market strategy. Before entering real estate, Samantha honed her skills in luxury automotive sales with brands like Mercedes-Benz, where she built a reputation for delivering an exceptional client experience at the highest level.
As a two-time graduate of Sotheby’s Ninja Selling program, Samantha applies a relationship-focused methodology centered on trust, listening, and long-term client success. She is also an active member of the Herlong Sotheby’s Agent Advisory Council, serving as a resource for fellow agents and contributing to the firm’s collaborative culture.
Alongside her own practice, Samantha partners with Patrick Furman and Matt Nocks as part of The Furman Group. Together, they hold the exclusive Upstate seat in Our Trusted Network, an invitation-only group within Sotheby’s International Realty that connects top-performing agents across key markets worldwide. This global reach extends her listings far beyond traditional marketing channels and taps into an international referral network few agents can offer.
Samantha and her husband Josh first discovered Greenville during an overnight stay while relocating for Josh’s military service, and they knew instantly it was where they wanted to put down roots. They’ve been proud to call the Upstate home ever since. Josh is now a general contractor and home builder, giving Samantha unique insight into construction and remodeling that further strengthens her ability to advise clients. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking, running, and exploring all that the Upstate has to offer.
