She was named the Top Broker Associate in both dollar volume and transaction units in Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty’s Pennington Office in 2013-2023. She has been among the Top 10 Agents company-wide in both dollar volume and transaction units (at the brokerage with the #1 office in Mercer County) from 2016-2023, closing the most housing and rental units in 2018 and 2023 and the second-most units in 2019-2021. She marketed the highest-priced home in Pennington Borough in 2018 and Hopewell Borough in 2018-2020.

Jennifer accomplished the Continuing Education Award of Mercer County at the Platinum Level for 2014-2015. Designations earned include: ABR, SRS, and SRES, which provide concentrated study in assisting buyers, sellers, and seniors. In 2016, she earned her Pennsylvania real estate license so she can help clients on both sides of the Delaware River. She has been a member of Top Producers of Mercer County since 2014.

Jennifer has enjoyed volunteering with the Hopewell Valley Green Team, which implements strategies to improve local environmental sustainability. She can be seen planting a native garden with Hopewell Valley Friends of Open Space, and she is happy to sponsor the Hopewell Valley Friends of Open Space Gala every year. She serves on the Development Committee and the Capital Campaign Committee for the Waldorf School of Princeton—the goal and mission of which is to have the first working farm integrated with a K-8 education in the state of New Jersey. (Ask her about her daughter’s positive transition from the Waldorf School of Princeton to Hopewell Valley High School!) She annually sponsors and has volunteered at Aunt Chubby’s, a non-profit, community-based restaurant in Hopewell Borough.

Jennifer passionately supports local farmers, artisans, contractors, architects, lenders, markets, restaurants, groomers, and galleries... Ask her about her favorites! She is a native gardener with beehives on her property in Hopewell Borough, a historic village surrounded by open preserved spaces and working farms.
