Beginning her real estate career in Hawaii, Juanita was an administrative assistant at the Honolulu Board of Realtors prior to earning her licenses as an agent and broker. With credentials firmly in hand, she established herself as a partner in one of Honolulu's most successful real estate firms, which was subsequently sold to Prudential. In the early 1990s, she formed the Los Angeles-based REO asset management company Fisher and D'Sa, which by 1996 had managed 1,200 homes. Recruited by highly regarded DBL Realty, Juanita transitioned to Sotheby's International Realty when the firm acquired DBL.
Respected by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty and trustworthiness, Juanita has also earned a reputation as a relocation specialist serving representatives of corporations such as Sony, Kodak, Ogilvy and others. She is prized by both her clients and their employers for her attentiveness and thoroughness when the employee must make the often time- and energy-consuming transition to a new location. She combines professionalism, compassion and communication to make buying or selling a home a pleasant experience.
Juanita earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Hawaii after spending her junior year studying in Barcelona. An avid traveler and student of cultures, she has spent time in a wide variety of countries including Peru, Brazil, New Zealand, Armenia and Morocco, among others. In addition, she is a dedicated ice dancer and is passionate about rescuing cats and dogs, including those left behind at foreclosed homes.
