She serves in leadership or board positions in a number of organizations that include the International Advisory Council of the Houston Association of Realtors, and is currently the President for the Women's Council of Realtor's Houston Chapter. Peggie holds BS and MA degrees from the University of Houston and speaks conversational Spanish. She resides in a vintage Houston neighborhood where she and her Houston-born husband raised their grown daughter. When not working, Peggie enjoys hiking in Colorado, snow skiing, sailing, and travel, particularly traveling abroad.
