Ranking in the top 5% of all real estate agents in the Northeast Florida region, Jennifer was named a top producing agent in 2023. Throughout her nearly decade-long career, Jennifer has guided customers through many different types of markets and has consistently been recognized as a top producing agent with excellent customer service. Jennifer is a GRI graduate and understands current market trends and regulatory requirements through community involvement and staying up to date on the latest real estate trainings. As the daughter of a Veteran, Jennifer grew up all over the country and studied at the University of North Florida earning a degree in Political Science. She then received her master’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. She is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
After graduation, Jennifer moved to Atlanta, GA and worked as a Membership/Marketing Director for the YMCA. She enjoyed her first home ownership experience so much that she decided to help others have the same wonderful experience. She not only helps people with home ownership, but also has invested in real estate herself and owns both long-term and short-term rentals. Whether it’s a family searching for the perfect home, or an investor looking to purchase a rental portfolio and vacation rentals, her deep knowledge and experience in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine market has been invaluable to her customers over the years.
As a mother of two, Jennifer has a great appreciation for her customers’ time and understands the stresses in the home search and selling processes. Currently, Jennifer resides in Jacksonville with her husband, two children, and two King Charles Cavaliers, Milo and Charming.
