Hello! A little about me ... I have been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia since 1987. I have held a Broker designation for a little over 10 years. I am from the Dayton, Ohio area, where I attended The University of Dayton and played college football. I have lived in East Cobb for over 35 years. Both of my children attended and graduated from Pope High School. I have been an investor in single-family homes and land in Cobb and Cherokee Counties for over 30 years. I have extensive knowledge in the investment property process from locating the deal, acquiring the property, assessing the scope of work, estimating the rehab cost and finally qualifying tenants and leasing. I have also had a successful 36-year career on both sides of the camera in the TV/film and acting industry. I am an Ironman Triathlete, having competed in well over 100 events over the years at all distances all over the country. I was fortunate enough to qualify for and compete in the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii ... a very tough day in the lava fields! I have been a football and wrestling coach in the Pope High School junior programs, and I am still very connected to the Pope High School varsity wrestling program. I am a Georgia High School Association football official on most Friday nights in the fall. A long-time classic car collector and enthusiast, I am an active member of the Porsche Club of America. I am very proud to be a part of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. The brand is second to none in the Atlanta market.
