Description

Vision, exuberance and uncompromising integrity are what Rosemary Jackson brings to every real estate transaction, indeed to all corners of her professional and personal life. Her unique compilation of skills and love of design have allowed her to thrive in a number of arenas where businesses as diverse as real estate, finance, medicine, architecture, event planning, advertising and interior design have depended on her organizational acumen, experience, measured advice, and her eye for detail.

Rosemary took an idea from conception to fruition by beginning her own company, Brocade Partners, where she assisted various industries, including both commercial and residential real estate firms in their marketing and public relations efforts, as well as event coordination. Prior to that, Rosemary successfully served as Director of Marketing, PR & Events with Flagler Development, a commercial real estate company with ties to the late and legendary Henry Flagler. Rosemary was a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) Jacksonville and was Marketing Chair for Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) North Florida in 2018, where she continues to assist this non-profit organization as a high school volunteer for ULI’s Urban Plan, that engages our youth to consider the complex real estate and city planning decisions that shape our cities.

Rosemary’s grandfather purchased a villa in Amelia Island Plantation when she was a small girl. Fascinated by the growth, the building and development, and the efforts to preserve the natural habitat in the area, has sparked her lifelong interests in real estate, nature and elegant design.

When not in Jacksonville or Amelia, Rosemary is often found enjoying the elegant, tall pines of her hometown, Thomasville, Georgia, where her parents and extended family reside. Rosemary and Dan, her husband of 18 years who is a Jacksonville native, together with their two sons, Henry and Wyatt, love being at the beach or in the woods and among the nation’s most exclusive quail hunting plantations. She is an avid tennis player, an ardent reader, and a graduate of The University of Georgia (with a short stint at Hollins University in Virginia).
