Originally from Long Beach, California, Kathy lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Berkeley before settling in Santa Barbara in 2001. She earned a B.A. in economics from UCLA and built a dynamic career—starting as a paralegal in the legal and corporate world, then transitioning into technology as a database architect. A lifestyle enthusiast, she found her true calling in real estate after recognizing how it shapes quality of life. For over 20 years, she has been a committed real estate broker, helping clients achieve their dreams and selling over 100 homes.
Kathy draws inspiration from the creative arts, especially theater, film, music, architecture, design, and cuisine.
