Prior to returning to her dream of selling high-end real estate, Patricia managed the finances for Evolution Building and Development, where she remained on top of the trends in the construction of up-market homes, all while simultaneously homeschooling her two children.
At the age of 21, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Patricia began her career as an owner of a high profile insurance brokerage while she managed a multimillion dollar real estate investment portfolio. After completing her MBA at the prestigious Ivy School of Business in Canada, where she participated in an exchange program at the exclusive European business school, Institut Superieur des Affaires, outside of Paris, France. Her next opportunity came when she moved to South Florida and secured a position in management consulting sales. She was honored as the top-producing new sales agent for projects over $1 million in revenue within the first three months.
Patricia founded her own nonpareil real estate business in 1998 becoming the agent with the highest-dollar sales in her Fort Lauderdale office. She obtained many global luxury market affiliations and was recognized by numerous publications as she developed a flair for combining creative, engaging marketing campaigns with her strong negotiation tactics. Currently, Patricia holds the designation as a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing™ and is involved with the B-Great organization, which supports thriving artists in South Florida.
Patricia often can be found yachting with her family to the beaches of the Bahamas or sipping a glass of wine overlooking the marina at the Lighthouse Point Yacht club. Sunset meditations by the ocean, Sunday family time at Lake Boca, and her dedication to her children’s continued education are her passions. Patricia's love of career, family and life are contagious.
