Sharni’s real estate knowledge and networks in the Taupo market run deep, having sold most of the new homes in Wharewaka and Richmond Heights through her work with a new build company. Her experience in this area translates directly into real estate, allowing her to easily assess the quality of build of homes and have market information on the building industry readily available for her clients.
Growing up rurally and working in the farming community in her early years cemented Sharni’s love of all things rural. She is passionate about horses and is a valued member of the Taupo Pony Club. Sharni has an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle market, living on a 12 acre block herself and specialises in selling lifestyle property, as well as new build homes.
