Kristin is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for guiding clients through the sometimes arduous real estate process. She joined LIV Sotheby’s in 2024 after a successful career as a Broker Associate/Partner at The Group Real Estate from 2017 to 2024. Prior to her real estate career, Kristin honed her business skills as a Business Manager at Platte River Power Authority from 2007 to 2016.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University, specializing in Public Relations and minoring in Spanish. Her commitment to professionalism is reflected in her memberships with the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors. She stays current with industry trends and regulations and enhances her expertise with certifications such as a Certified Negotiation Expert, along with training in 1031 exchanges, contracts, ethics, and residential inspections. Kristin is here to ensure a smooth and informed real estate experience for all her clients!
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristin is dedicated to community service. She has contributed as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Colorado State certified Fire Fighter with the Platte River Fire/Rescue team. Since 2017, she has been active in the Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors from 2022 to 2024, and was proud to be Board President in 2023. Additionally, she volunteers with the Larimer Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity.
A Colorado native, Kristin grew up in Loveland but has explored all of the greater Northern Colorado area. She currently lives in Loveland with her husband and their adventurous, young daughter. They cherish their time outdoors, enjoying activities like snowboarding, hiking, running, biking, and swimming together, making Colorado their perfect home!
