She has been exposed to the industry since she was a little girl, as her grandfather owned a construction company, and her mother invested in rental properties. Ava is a graduate of Ocean City High School and a college graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating on Entrepreneurship and Business Development. In 2022, Ava became a New Jersey licensed realtor. She obtained her real estate license her sophomore year of college after working as an intern for The Wilkins Team throughout high school and college. Ava enjoys spending her free time in the water, skiing, traveling, and staying active.
