A native Houstonian who has lived in Houston all her life, was raised in Meyerland and went to high school at Bellaire High school, she knows the inner city, Medical Center, and the history and transition of all the surrounding neighborhoods over the years, not to mention their amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and, well, you name it. Tricia knows, for example, that for families with children, finding the perfect home means finding excellent schools. Her familiarity and knowledge of the schools, the surrounding areas, and which neighborhoods are good for families are invaluable assets for those clients.
But she is careful not to limit her reach. A happy person who is levelheaded but feisty and enjoys laughing, she loves being around people, getting to know more about them and their families and listening to their life stories, then matching them to their needs. Friends and family hold an important place in her life. She has 2 daughters who are her pride and joy. Erin is 25 and a 2021 Texas A&M graduate, works in the non profit sector is married to Derreck, who she met at Texas A&M. Lauren is 23 and a 2023 Auburn graduate who is fluent in Spanish and is starting a career in the Firefighting and Emergency medicine profession.
