Informed by his degree in business from Texas A&M University, Hector was a highly successful apartment locator — helping more than 800 clients and friends find the perfect place to call home. As a consistent, top-10 producer, Hector’s exceptional level of service earned his clients’ praise, respect and repeat business. After years of dedicated service, Hector was invited to join Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty when he naturally expanded his business into full-service home sales. In an ever-changing market, he continues to pride himself on practicing the fundamentals of personalized service and having comprehensive market knowledge. Without sacrificing individualized client service, Hector has also established a highly effective social media presence to inform his buyers and maximize exposure for his sellers. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Plano, Hector has strong cultural and local roots. He maintains close family ties — and, with a deep understanding of and appreciation for his heritage, continues to speak fluent Spanish to this day.
