Daphne Cawley is a fifth generation native to the Eastern Shore of Maryland residing on her family’s waterfront farm on the Wye River. With 20+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, marketing, and management, Daphne knows what it takes to provide her buyers and sellers with the highest quality of service. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Management and Marketing and minored in Psychology. In addition to her real estate skills, Daphne has experience in the Appraisal Industry which has strengthened her awareness of ongoing changes and keeping clients aware of their property rights. She is a strong advocate of the local, state, and national legislative agendas and knows the importance of keeping up to date on bills and regulations that could affect property rights. Daphne is a Past President for the Mid Shore Board of Realtors and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and the MD Leadership Academy. She has served on the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, Maritime Museum St. Michaels, Easton Rotary, Easton Historical Society, and the Chesapeake Women’s Network. Living on the Eastern Shore of MD has given Daphne a sense of a lifestyle unique to any other area. She says, “It's a great gift to live on the Eastern Shore. I've learned to appreciate all the beauty and nature, and gained a lot of respect for the history.” In her free time, Daphne enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, fishing on the Wye River and taking long walks on the farm with her family dog “Layla.”
