Nikko is a dedicated advisor who designs his services based on transparency and trust. He is the spearhead of the Kelaidis Group, a family-run real estate team that has served Southern California for three generations.

In his 15 years of industry practice, Nikko has had the opportunity to facilitate the buying and selling of residential homes, commercial properties, private businesses, and luxury estates. This unique experience and his profound understanding of marketing, negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic planning are the pillars of his continued success.

Nikko started his career selling residential new construction in Utah before transitioning to work as a financial analyst for a boutique investment banking firm in Salt Lake City. Here he operated on a five-person deal team selling privately held companies.

In 2015 upon relocating to his second home, California, Nikko joined the premier global luxury brand, Engel & Völkers. Leveraging his collective experiences, he quickly climbed the ranks and was appointed as Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Long Beach in 2017. He led the post-merger rollout and rebranding across two prominent Long Beach locations, Downtown and Belmont Shore. This project effectively resulted in a 134% increase in sales in the first year.

After a strong career in leadership, Nikko and his father created the Kelaidis Group, a real estate team based in Orange County. This dynamic and strategic partnership has paired more than 50 years of combined experience and hundreds of closed transactions across multiple real estate sectors.
