After growing up in Nashville, I pursued my college education in Chattanooga, then headed to southern California for graduate school. Upon earning my doctorate degree, I returned to Nashville and practiced physical therapy for 20+ years. During those years, I was also honing my skills in real estate and building an investment portfolio. I discovered an affinity for the process and a passion for buying, selling, and managing both short and long-term rentals. This evolving interest led me to shift my focus entirely to real estate. Since then, I’ve built a reputation for in-depth local market knowledge and have cultivated a vast network of contacts throughout middle Tennessee, all of which helps me support clients in achieving their own real estate goals.
I specialize in the residential market, working with clients who are relocating to or from middle Tennessee, upgrading to larger homes or downsizing for retirement, buying their first home, or are expanding their investment portfolios. I serve clients within about an hour of downtown Nashville with particular expertise in beloved Nashville neighborhoods such as Sylvan Park, Charlotte Park, The Nations, West Nashville, and Donelson.

On a personal note: I simply LOVE old houses and everything about them-from vintage windows and doors to original tile and stunning fireplaces. I’m an animal lover who adores each dog I meet (and most other animals, too) and I enjoy tackling a good project, whether it’s creating a flower garden, tiling, or even building a cat playground! I am deeply engaged with the charitable organizations Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the 403 Center, having dedicated nearly a decade to both. I hold immense gratitude for their tireless efforts and vital missions.
