Born in Atlanta, Georgia, I grew up in the Northern suburbs where I witnessed firsthand the remarkable changes and growth in the area. This transformation sparked my interest in real estate. A successful architect, my father often took me to job sites when I was a kid and watching the process of turning drawings into completed structures was fascinating to me. These experiences further deepened my love for construction and design. After falling in love with Jacksonville, Florida and all it has to offer, I dedicated myself to helping others achieve their dreams of relocating here. Having navigated the relocation process and new construction homeownership myself, I’ve mastered every step from start to finish. Whether you’re selling, buying, or relocating, I’m committed to working hard, listening closely, communicating effectively, and following through. Prior to purchasing First Coast Sotheby's International Realty in 2009, Jeffrey was founder & CEO of several building, design, and development companies that specialized in luxury single family residences throughout Northeast Florida. Mr. Chefan has successfully created and sold over 50 multi-million dollar properties in Aspen, Colorado; Boca Raton, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a florida Certified Building Contractors License in 1987 and a Florida Real Estate License in 1988. Mr. Chefan is currently the managing broker of all four First Coast SIR offices located in N. E. Florida. Jeffrey & Jane Chefan have been married for over 28 years and are blessed to be the parents of two daughters. They have a passion and love for family, friends, and real estate that flows over into the relationships built with their clients. Jeffrey's diverse background has given him the experience and uniqueness to unite extraordinary properties with extraordinary individuals.
