With over 40 years of experience in the banking, title insurance and real estate industries, Lori is prepared to offer first class service to her clients. When it comes to buying or selling, Lori has the experience to guide her clients through the entire closing process.
Born into a military family, her Father was a retired Colonel in the US Army. Moving frequently, Lori has lived in many states. She is a graduate of Florida State University and was on the FSU swimming team. After graduation, Lori began her career by working in the banking industry. She later entered into the title insurance business where she was a real estate closing officer. She opened her own title insurance company where she served as President for over 10 years. After selling the company, Lori received her real estate broker’s license and began her career in real estate. In 2002, Lori started her own real estate company, Mattice Real Estate, where she specialized in the luxury home market. Lori is a graduate of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute, is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and a Certified Leadership Graduate. Lori has consistently been ranked in the top 5% top producing Realtors in the Tallahassee Board of Realtors.
Lori and her husband Bill, a retired banker, have 5 grown children and 10 grandchildren. They moved to Highlands 3 years ago and have fallen in love with the area and its friendly people. Outside of work, Lori is an avid golfer, loves croquet, pickle-ball, swimming and hiking.
