Description

As a professional with ties to the Southern Vermont area for almost 20 years, Kim draws on her diverse work experiences, community connections and knowledge to collaborate with clients to achieve their real estate goals. Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Quinnipiac College and master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Florida Tech, Kim has utilized her psychology background in a variety of settings, including private practice in Maine, as well as at a financial management company and an international school in the Dutch Caribbean. Having grown up in New England, she and her husband first bought a vacation house in Vermont and then moved full-time with their two children several years later. Kim has worked as a clinical psychologist while being involved in a major three year restoration project to restart and then oversee operations of Johnny Seesaw’s restaurant and Seesaw’s Lodge at the base of Bromley Mountain for several years before pursuing her passion for real estate. Through this experience, Kim became more knowledgeable about the renovation process, surrounding mountain areas and established her roots. She had become an active member of the community and a volunteer board member of BART Adaptive Sports Center. Kim uses her psychology and business experience to partner with buyers and sellers and understand their needs to guide them in the next step of their journey. She is a member of the Crown Point Board of Realtors, Vermont Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Kim loves all the Vermont lifestyle offers and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities year round, including gardening, paddleboarding, hiking and skiing.
