Description
My name is Josh Gandee, and I was born and raised in Southern Oregon. During my formative years in the Medford School District, I learned the importance of setting goals and achieving them. I left Medford in 2003 to attend Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon where I obtained a business degree in 2007. I spent 17 years in the coffee industry, and owned two successful Black Rock Coffee franchises in the Portland area. I was also employed by Black Rock Coffee as a corporate brand consultant. After selling my businesses, I decided it was time for me to move back home to Medford and raise my two sons around my family and friends. I missed Southern Oregon very much, and I look forward to continuing my outdoor hobbies such as: fishing, hunting, camping, hiking and snowboarding. I'm excited to be home and to share this new adventure with my sons, Carson and Brady. I found my career in the coffee industry to be very rewarding, however, I've always had a strong desire to be engaged in the real estate business, and I can't imagine a better or more beautiful place to do it than Southern Oregon. I know from experience that buying and selling real estate can be a scary and tedious challenge for some people, but I feel that my business background and my customer service experience would be strong assets to any prospective buyer or seller. I look forward to serving the community that gave me so much as a child, and building relationships for years to come.

Description
Jacksonville is a place that is easy to fall in love with. It’s small-town
ambiance (population 2,860) gorgeous setting in the foothills of the Siskiyou
Mountains and beautifully preserved late 1800’s architecture combine to make a
beautiful town. It has become a desirable place for retirees who still want to
experience four seasons but in a milder climate, as well as a great place to
raise a family. Residents appreciate a very active cultural scene.
