As an agent, his focus centered on The Historic Old Village and South Of Broad Street. There, he consistently set and surpassed records for price per square foot, orchestrating numerous off-market sales above market value. Despite Charleston's competitive landscape, characterized by thousands of active agents and listings, Will's commitment to cultivating genuine client relationships propelled his success.
