Over 23 years, she honed her skills in HR, purchasing, sales, acquisitions, and marketing, ultimately focusing on sales as the company expanded. Her business acumen and customer-centric approach have seamlessly translated into her real estate career, where she has achieved remarkable success in just four years. Notably, Nita surpassed $20 million in sales during her first year and recently graced the cover of Real Producers after exceeding $50 million in sales, a testament to her dedication and expertise.
Nita is committed to continuous learning and is currently pursuing the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, regularly participating in educational opportunities to enhance her skills. Her mission is to represent and serve customers with honesty, excellence, and results. Outside of her professional life, Nita enjoys golf, pickleball, exercise, reading, and live theater. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken, and their family and is deeply involved in her community, having volunteered with Grace Place for Children and Families for over 12 years. Nita's passion for raising awareness and funds for this vital charity is a personal accomplishment she holds dear.
