As the inaugural executive director for Urban Land Institute Northwest, she tracked development trends and consumer preferences, and built relationships with the most talented developers, designers, elected officials, planning directors, and development advisors across North America.
To optimize development potential for each project, Kelly and her team tap into data-driven research and trusted relationships with the region’s foremost experts to ensure that the development aligns with the client’s objectives and serves emerging lifestyle preferences – where the market is heading, not just where the market has been.
