A Northwestern University alum with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Alex knows numbers. After a successful career as a derivative securities trader at the CBOE for 11 years, Alex shifted gears, funded, and helped launch the direct sales company Vfinity. As managing member and CEO, the company has provided health and wellness solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers with consecutive yearly multimillion dollar sales volumes since its inception. Alex’s passion and in-depth knowledge of real estate dates to 1999, while as a junior at Northwestern University, he leveraged his savings from summer jobs and options trading profits to purchase his first property in downtown Chicago in the River North district. That started a multi-decade journey as an owner and investor in numerous luxury homes and properties spanning from Chicago, Toronto, Naples FL, and Nashville. He views all real estate as a potential creator of wealth over time and knows what it takes to get you the best offer or bid on your dream home through comprehensive market analysis. His strategic, principled, and skillful approach toward real estate makes his clients comfortable knowing they are making sound investments in the place they call home, as well as receiving the most equity out of one of their most significant investments. Alex has a passion for building long-lasting relationships and treats every client like family. He is honest, dedicated, discerning and market savvy. Alex is a tenacious negotiator: he listens to his clients’ needs inside and out and won’t stop working for you until you get the deal you deserve. Most important to his clients, he makes himself available 24/7 before, during, and after the sale. Alex and his wife Deanna, are co-principles of the D+A Residential Group, combining over 45 years of seasoned, sophisticated real estate and sales experience. Alex, Deanna, and their son Maksym reside in Nashville in the city of Forest Hills. He spends his free time with his family, supporting his son’s love of playing soccer with the Tennessee Soccer Club. He also has a love of music, playing guitar, skiing, hiking at Radnor Lake and has a passion for saltwater fishing in Naples, Florida where he resided for nearly 15 years. Alex is fluent in Ukrainian and conversational Spanish and is active in the local Nashville Ukrainian community.
