"Hi, I’m Claire Cai, a real estate agent based in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2012 I moved to Birmingham, Alabama to start college. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2016 and my master’s degree in Business Administration in 2020 from Samford University. 2020 was a tough year for everyone around the world. Due to the impact of the pandemic and some major changes in my personal life, I decided it was a good time to pursue my real estate career.
