With nearly 25 years of real estate experience, Jodi Clymer serves buyers and sellers from Lake Arrowhead in Waleska to Hiawassee, with a special focus on Blue Ridge. Backed by the world-class resources of Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty, she delivers a seamless real estate experience, regardless of whether a client is buying their first home or their forever home. Leveraging her deep understanding of mountain properties and strong local relationships, she offers her clients privileged entry to off-market listings and a behind-the-scenes look at community and neighborhood resources. Known for her patient, client-focused approach and genuine care, she enjoys making the process smooth and welcoming, guiding first-time buyers and seasoned investors easily. She is an accredited real estate negotiator who excels at managing the intricacies of the process with a gentle approach and has built lasting friendships through each transaction. Jodi holds a degree in psychology from Brenau University, which she attended on a full-ride tennis scholarship. She caught the real estate bug at age 22 after purchasing and flipping her first house in Avondale, Georgia. Before transitioning to full-time real estate, she traveled coast to coast as a domestic flight attendant with Delta Air Lines for nearly 15 years, all while steadily purchasing and upgrading homes one by one. A resident for 50+ years, Jodi’s deep affection for North Georgia is driven by an appreciation for its stunning landscapes and warm-hearted residents. Active in her community, Jodi is a licensed EMT and first responder. She is also a recent Leadership Fannin graduate, currently serving as a community ambassador through the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce. A dedicated animal lover, she supports initiatives like Freedom for Fido, helping transition dogs from chains to secure fenced areas, and runs a small farm that supports several rescue horses, three Bernedoodles, a Goldendoodle and a collection of cats. When not working with clients, she loves being outdoors and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, boating, trout fishing, maintaining her farm and spending time with friends and family.
