Before settling in the community of Longboat Key, Cindy graduated summa cum laude from Highpoint University in North Carolina, earning a double major in business and accounting. She started her accounting career in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and later transferred to Atlanta, Georgia. As a licensed CPA, Cindy's career in corporate accounting spanned several industries, including banking, manufacturing and wholesale distribution. Throughout her career, she has been involved in technology and business process improvement and believes strongly in utilizing technology to benefit her customers.
In addition to her accounting expertise, Cindy has overseen the design and construction of her personal residences and managed office expansions as a company controller. After launching her real estate career in 2018, Cindy quickly became a Certified Waterfront Specialist to help mitigate the pitfalls and hurdles that waterfront property ownership may bring, better serving her customers in the area.
