A consummate and experienced professional, Caroline provides a wealth of expertise and comprehensive knowledge to her clients. She holds several designations, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).
Born in England and educated in North Carolina, Caroline’s life journey has taken her across various locations as she traveled the world with her Navy pilot husband before finally settling in the northern mountains of Utah. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies, the University of Maryland at College Park for graduate school, and later pursued accounting at Santa Clara University. In the summer of 2024, Caroline and Andy affiliated with the global Sotheby’s International Realty brand, joining Utah-based Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City. Supported by the international reach and vast marketing resources of the Sotheby’s Realty brand, the Krumels can devote their full focus on their clients and their real estate goals.
Today, as a seasoned real estate investor herself, (she and her husband purchased their first property in historic ‘Old Town’ Park City in 2013), Caroline recognizes the incredible opportunities available in Park City and hopes to share them with her clients. The vibrant local community, cultural events like Sundance Film Festival, and the endless recreational opportunities that come with life in the mountains made it impossible for her to leave. Caroline's deep connection to the Park City lifestyle, combined with her financial acumen, makes her uniquely qualified to successfully help clients find and secure investment properties that will also feel like home.
