Michael was able to make a big impact at such a young age on his innate ability to connect and communicate. His outgoing personality combined with industry professionalism has allowed him to grow his business exclusively off of referrals and repeat clients. He is a firm believer in letting his service speak for itself and that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. After three years of exponential growth in real estate, Michael officially launched his own team, "The REKAP Group" alongside brokers Sasha Rozhko and Gordy Baba. "I got to a point that I needed to scale. However, I needed to bring on agents who I could trust to provide the same level of service my clients expect when coming to work with me. Our team has all bought into the same vision, allowing us to collaborate and grow together," Michael said. Michael, a native of the Chicagoland area, grew up in Vernon Hills, IL and has lived in Chicago since 2018. The main markets he serves are the North and West side of Chicago and the North Suburbs. These are all places he has lived and spent a significant amount of time.
