Since 2004, Dave Ledwig has been committed to serving the real estate needs of his community with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
Dave is a fourth-generation realtor whose great-grandfather was the very first licensed real estate professional in Massachusetts. With a belief that realtors are not all the same, Dave prides himself on his ability to present and sell a home in the best ways possible and making getting to the closing a smooth and stress free experience. When met with a challenge, he is highly skilled in negotiating the critical, contractual components of the transaction and is masterful at finding creative solutions.
One of Dave’s most poignant experiences was early in his career, when he helped a couple sell their two-family property and purchase a single-family with a yard for their growing family. As a result, three families achieved their dreams of acquiring a new home, and Dave was honored to be a part of their journeys.
Dave and his wife, Kavitha, call Arlington home. He can often be found spending time with his young daughters, who attend the Arlington public schools. Dave and his wife are happy to support many important local and international charities and believe in helping the materially poor in the world with their financial resources and time. Dave’s a past Arlington Town Meeting Member and is the founder of the Robbins Farm Dog Owners Group, a community of local dog owners based in Arlington. Dave’s commitment to giving back to his community is evident: he has served as an ESL teacher for adults, a tutor for Arlington High School students, and a nursing home ministry.
Prior to his real estate career, Dave held positions supporting the Department of Defense and Department of Energy where he had a “Q” Clearance and later with HVAC system design for Boston area hospitals and universities. Dave holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an EIT certification.
