Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario on the tip of Lake Superior, Alison spent 30-plus years in Ottawa Ontario, Canada’s National Capital, before making her way back to the water to settle in Gananoque - the Gateway to the Thousand Islands.

A passion for colour and design including a B.A. degree in Visual Arts, amongst other valuable skillsets amassed over the years, including negotiation, communication and analysis has positioned Alison to successfully assist the most discerning clients locate and secure the property that’s right for them. Working as a trusted adviser, Alison understands that buying and selling property is a major, and often emotional decision and is committed to finding the right opportunity tailored to her client’s specific objectives.

With over 25 years’ experience in Real Estate with the Ottawa Real Estate Board, Alison is keen to focus her full-time attention on helping others find their dream property, whether it be on the water, surrounding areas of the Thousand Islands, the Nation’s Capital or elsewhere in the world.

A water enthusiast and avid scuba diver, in her spare time, Alison can be found around the water. boating, swimming, snorkelling, sea glass hunting, floating or observing underwater life. A wanderlust at heart, instilled by her parents at an early age, has been encouraged and realized through travel adventures with her husband and family.

Gananoque is ideally situated on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, one and half hours from Ottawa and Syracuse NY, and less than three hours from Montreal and Toronto. The Thousand Islands International Bridge is less than 15 minutes away, which allows for many US citizens to have easy access to their Canadian properties. The standing population of the Town of Gananoque is 5,300 and is surrounded by the Township of the Leeds and the Thousand Islands with approximately 20,000 full time residents. In the summer season the population easily doubles. Kingston is a major area located within 25 minutes, which has over 130,000 permanent residents.
