Guy, born and raised in Lexington, KY and Anna Frances from Anniston, AL met in 1986 in Anniston and spent a summer together at Camp Mac. Years later, they reconnected in 2006 after Guy had graduated from Florida State University where he was a champion player on the golf team and Anna Frances a Chi Omega and graduate of Auburn University.
After college, Guy moved to Santa Rosa Beach, FL and played golf on mini-tours for a living while he worked with big name instructors like Mac O'Grady, Mike Bender and Mike Bennett. Finding it hard to make ends meet, he worked various jobs at Watercolor and Camp Creek where he met some good friends working in real estate and development. He got his license and had immediate success with buyers and sellers and enjoyed learning and developing lasting relationships with loyal clients. The love of golf taught him patience, precise attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure; qualities promoting his success in real estate.
After graduating from Auburn University in 1999, Anna Frances moved to Birmingham, AL and began working for LAH Real Estate (now LAHSIR) in an administrative role. After immersing herself in the real estate business, she got her license and enjoyed immediate success. Her love of the outdoors, exercise, reading and music keep her well rounded and enhance her ability to connect with all types of people.
The couple reconnected in Birmingham and were married in 2007. Over the past 17 years, they have become a power couple and household name in the Birmingham Metro real estate world. They are committed to providing extraordinary service to their clients' buying and selling needs and have built a stellar professional reputation. Their biggest accomplishments are their two sons, Guy III and Ridge, who are amazing athletes in golf and baseball.
