Elizabeth Byrd Etheridge is a third-generation native of Asheville and a distinguished global real estate advisor for Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Asheville office. Her robust educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and completion of an Appraisal Course with Hignite Training.

Her dedication to education is evident in her pride for her children, Colson, a third-year engineering student at Auburn University, and Amelia, who is pursuing a career as a physician's assistant.
