Suzy first discovered the potential of the Emerald Coast in the late 1980s, a revelation that came during a steaming hot day in Seaside, Florida, after reading a compelling article in The Wall Street Journal. This discovery led to the building of a home in WaterColor in 2000 and a commitment to investing in the area, which has only deepened over the years. With her husband, Steve, Suzy embarked on a real estate journey that began with flipping homes in Louisiana, where they honed their skills in renovation and market analysis, eventually leading Suzy to earn her real estate license.
In 2018, Suzy affiliated with a brokerage in Louisiana, bringing her robust expertise and local knowledge to the table. Her adventure continued in Florida, where she became licensed in 2021 and co-founded The Neal Estate Group with Steve, specializing in luxury homes and investment properties along Scenic 30A. Suzy's transition to Florida has been fueled by a desire not just to sell properties but to create lasting legacies for her clients, guiding them to find homes where memories are made and cherished.
Suzy is known for her "hands-on" approach and commitment to personal service. While in Louisiana, she was actively engaged in her local parish and committed to causes like Covenant House New Orleans. Her personal interests include cooking, exercising and enjoying time with her family. Married to Steve for 39 years, they share four children and four grandsons, with a fifth grandchild on the way.
