Cavan Guenther brings over 14 years of real estate experience to Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to a career in real estate, she was a middle school science teacher for several years and in 2004 she left the classroom to become a REALTOR®. Her past experience includes listing and selling oceanfront property in the coastal resort town of Palm Coast in Northeast Florida. Cavan has lived in Southwest Florida for most of her life after moving from New Jersey. She grew up admiring her father sell the local Fort Myers Beach area and he inspired her passion for real estate. This passion paired with her local knowledge has made her successful.
Cavan is dedicated to providing honest, professional and knowledgeable personal service. Her knowledge of the Southwest Florida area along with her background in education makes her a unique resource as an excellent listener and educator for many customers. Cavan is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys yoga, distance running, ballet, reading, health and wellness, boating and spending time with her family. Cavan and her husband, Dan, reside in Naples with their two children, Brady and Stella. She attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary social sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
