In the contemporary art realm, Catherine thrived as the studio manager for the globally acclaimed artist and real estate investor Martínez Celaya. As the linchpin connecting artists with an extensive network of international galleries, museums, critics, and collectors, Catherine also successfully managed investment properties for Martínez. It was during this time that her innate love for real estate blossomed.
A seasoned professional, Catherine seamlessly coordinated the intricacies of property management, from photography and staging to construction, marketing, and selling of both residential and commercial properties.
