Born in Panama, Central America, Nicolas spent a portion of his childhood in Argentina before coming to Atlanta at age 12. He further developed a gift for adapting to diverse cultural backgrounds while earning his degree in international affairs from the University of Georgia and speaks Spanish and French. Known as a solution-driven negotiator who fosters trust on both sides of the table, Nicolas combines a deep understanding of the market with meticulous attention to detail. Well-versed in all aspects of Atlanta real estate, he works with all types of needs, from relocations and downsizers to first-time homebuyers and luxury listings. Nicolas lives in the North Atlanta suburbs with his wife, Karina, their children and the family dog, Charlie.
