Description
Patrick is a licensed Montana Realtor with over a decade of professional real estate experience in the Missoula and Flathead area. His iron-clad commitment to helping his clients locate and capitalize on profitable opportunities within their region has made him a fixture within the Western Montana. Born and raised in Alaska, Patrick was raised in the great outdoors and has nurtured that spirit throughout his adult life. As a young man, Patrick moved to Boston, where he worked as a legislative aide at the Boston State House before attending college at Merrimack College, earning majors in marketing and finance as well as a minor in economics. While completing his undergraduate work, Patrick worked in banking, sales and eventually took a position in marketing with the New England Patriots. Following his graduation, Patrick moved to Missoula, where he began operating P3 Brokers, a timber and land management company, where he brokered lumber, biomass, renewable energy, and heavy equipment. During his time with P3 Brokers, the company grew significantly and began a global distribution network reaching into Asia and the Mediterranean while also expanding into the domestic trucking industry throughout Montana and Idaho. After several years of consulting on timberland and various investment properties, Patrick elected to expand his career aspirations into the realtor profession to help his friends and colleagues reach their real estate goals. He is driven by building relationships and helping clients find quality real estate that range from waterfront properties on Montana's pristine lakes or rivers to picturesque homes featuring mountain and meadow vistas. An avid hockey player since his youth, Patrick has coached various youth leagues and has been an active part of the Montana hockey community since 2011. When taking a well-earned break from brokering deals for his clients, Patrick enjoys spending time with friends and family in the great outdoors or soaking up meaningful time together on Flathead Lake.
