Description
Risley Wilkinson is a proud sixth-generation Oregonian and second-generation real estate broker, with a passion for negotiating the best deals and scenarios for her clients. Her ancestors blazed the Oregon Trail in 1845, leaving a family legacy now evident along Risley Road in Milwaukie, home to Risley Park and Risley Landing Gardens which offers spectacular views of the Willamette River. With a commitment to providing excellent customer service, Risley understands the importance of swift and responsive communication in the real estate process. She has heard from too many people who were left in the lurch by unresponsive agents. That frustration is why Risley ensures every client she works with receives the attention and commitment they deserve.
Having grown up in the real estate world, Risley started working with her mother in her early twenties and found joy in the process. She got her license in 2014 and brings a wealth of experience, complemented by a degree in hospitality and tourism. Her diverse professional background, ranging from working in cafes and art galleries to coordinating weddings, has instilled in her a keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail. Growing up in Cannon Beach and Seaside, Risley's real estate experiences and expertise spans Gresham, SE Portland, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, and Beaverton. Specializing in the Portland Metro area to the North coast, she offers firsthand knowledge of each community.
Beyond real estate, Risley volunteers on the Professional Standards Committee, emphasizing the importance of ethics in the industry. Her love for travel takes her to international destinations and domestic favorites like New York City, Park City, and Palm Springs. Her best travel companions are her husband Dylan and son Kallen, accompanied by their adored English Bulldog, Bridget – a loving and beautiful addition to their family.
