She particularly enjoys assisting out-of-state buyers, introducing them to the Nashville area and helping them settle in. Currently based out of Williamson County, Kelly has lived in just about every neighborhood in the city of Nashville, further deepening her market knowledge to best serve her clients. Kelly came into real estate after a long and diverse career in corporate branding and television news. Her negotiation and client service skills, along with her true passion for homes, people, and the Nashville area, make real estate a natural fit for her. She utilizes her storytelling and branding experience on social media to discuss Middle Tennessee real estate, design trends, showcase listings, and more. Her Instagram account, @homeonanashvillehill, currently has 233,000+ followers and consistently reaches more than 1M a week. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with degrees in journalism and economics and is a rabid Badgers football and basketball fan. She loves traveling and is currently on a quest to hike as many mountains in Europe as she can (next up, the French and Italian Alps). She enjoys working out, gardening, and making pizza in her pizza oven (which is why she has to work out). When she is not helping families find or build their dream homes, Kelly is working on building a home for her own family. And yes, she is documenting it on social media.
