Description
After spending most of her life in the Chicago area, growing up in the North Shore, and living in the Northwest suburbs, Elizabeth Lupo DiVito made the life-changing decision to move to Lake Geneva in 2012. Having spent many years vacationing there with her four children, she and her husband couldn’t resist the opportunity to call it home. The natural beauty, lakeside charm, and tight-knit community made it the perfect place to live.
As her children grew up and moved away to college, Elizabeth found herself spending more time in Milwaukee visiting her daughters. She also has fond memories of spending time with family in Whitefish Bay as a child and loves to swim at Atwater Beach in Shorewood. Having grown up in Chicago, Elizabeth appreciates how Milwaukee offers the same vibrant arts, culture, and culinary scenes—without the hustle and bustle of a large city. From the stunning Milwaukee Art Museum to the wide variety of incredible restaurants, Milwaukee offers an urban lifestyle with a relaxed vibe that makes it a great place to call home, and she’s excited to help others find their place in this wonderful area along Lake Michigan.
Besides family, there is nothing Elizabeth loves more than a good challenge, and that is a big part of what sparked her career in real estate. With a background as a graphic artist and photographer, Elizabeth brings a unique eye for design and detail to her real estate practice. Her creative vision helps clients see the potential in every home, whether they’re looking for their first property or their forever home. Her love for research and problem-solving also drives her to find solutions, whether it’s identifying the perfect neighborhood or negotiating a great deal.
Buying a home, whether it’s your first time, or you’ve done it many times, is a big deal. Elizabeth is committed to putting her clients’ needs first and always treating them with honesty and respect. Whether it’s guiding first-time homebuyers through the process or helping seasoned investors find the right property, her goal is always the same—to make you happy and feel confident that you will find what you are looking for.
