Sandra moved to Redding 21years ago from the greater Sacramento area. She and her husband have built their own homes, purchased and sold many properties over the years. Prior to moving to Redding she worked in the employment industry for over 18 years. This included staffing, recruiting, managing multiple branches and negotiating many large employment contracts. Community involvement is a large part of her story. She has sat (and currently sits) on various local non-profit boards. Community and volunteerism has been a large part of her past years. Sandra and her husband also own a successful Boat & RV dealership. Combining her zeal and knowledge of the community with her past work experience she brings a practical, passionate and results driven approach to assist her clients in their real estate goals! Since 2018 she has soldover $70M of real estate in over 100 transactions! The power of real estate is a core belief.
