Jon Ruiz is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Orlando area and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. With a combined 20+ years of experience as real estate advisors in Central Florida, he and his wife, Nicole Ruiz, have partnered with the Winter Park office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

Jon and Nicole live in Maitland with their young daughter, Mia. When he's not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing acoustic guitar, going to the gym, attending church, playing beach volleyball, and watching soccer. As a musician, Jon traveled the nation and internationally with the 502s, an indie folk band, playing at major music festivals like Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.
Also a real estate investor, Jon owns and operates an Airbnb in the downtown Orlando neighborhood of College Park, and holds a superhost status with over 200 top-rated reviews.
