Description

Brian Blount has been a Realtor in Santa Fe for nearly 30 years. He was a managing partner with Town & Ranch Real Estate in the 1990s and helped the company transition to Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate where he was also an owner and a managing partner. One of his roles at Prudential was training new brokers and he continues mentoring new Realtors to this day. Brian was one of the founders of Keller Williams in Santa Fe 15 years ago and was consistently one of their top producers. In a role reversal, one of his early successful mentees became his qualifying broker. Brian now brings his experience to Sotheby’s International Realty where he continues to share his deep knowledge of Santa Fe with the old, the young, artists, scientists, retirees, entrepreneurs, investors, creators, collectors, rascals, travelers, and lovers of beauty.

Brian came to Santa Fe as an artist in the late 1970s. His 3,000 sq ft art studio in an old masonic ballroom overlooked the Santa Fe Plaza. Location, location, location. He has shown his work with some of the most important contemporary galleries and museums in the Southwest and continues to create art in his large 2nd Street studio.

Brian’s passion for art and architecture made for a natural evolution to real estate.

He enjoys sharing his local architectural insights and expertise with clients and revealing the unique stylistic vernaculars that make Santa Fe so exceptional.

Santa Fe is over 400 years old, and layers of history collide with fragments of structures that weave together tales of tarnished dreams and explosive creativity. Brian makes these Santa Fe mysteries understandable and accessible.
