He has cultivated a well-respected reputation within the realm of new custom-built homes in Alpharetta, Milton and Cherokee County. He’s collaborated with top brokerages across Metro Atlanta and Bowen and Bowen Homebuilders to promote and sell mixed-use developments across Cobb, Fulton and Gwinnett Counties on behalf of Continental Southern. Charles’s passion for new construction is palpable. He thrives on partnering with builders to craft plans, designs and features that resonate with today’s market demands. His extensive experience includes not only the construction process and facilitating promotion and sales, but also managing negotiations between buyers and builders and assisting with residential resale. He excels at interacting with potential buyers, guiding them through property inventories, new home construction processes and personalized additions or changes.
