After a rewarding five-year period as a stay-at-home mom, Kate embarked on her real estate career in 2007, driven by a desire to contribute to her family's financial well-being. She specializes in selling residential properties in the greater Southern Oregon area, a place she has called home for the past 20 years. Her local insight and in-depth market knowledge allow her to skillfully help people find a place they really thrive in. Outside of work, Kate is a current member and past president of the Hillcrest Committee, a local nonprofit that raises funds to find a cure for cancer and provide support to cancer patients as they navigate the daily challenges that come with going through treatment. A family-oriented person, Kate has been happily married to her amazing husband Mark for 22 years. They have three kids who are their pride and joy, as well as a cute little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Phoebe. Kate grew up dancing and was a member of the Pomline dance team at the University of Arizona, where two of her children currently attend.
