Pamela Sullivan has been fascinated with real estate since she was a young child. The daughter of a self-taught general contractor, she worked alongside her father building, renovating, and selling houses from an early age. Her passion for beautiful properties continued when she earned her Bachelor of Arts in interior design, with a minor in business, from California State University.
After graduating, Pamela moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked as an account manager for a high-end commercial furniture dealership, managing multimillion-dollar accounts while putting her husband through chiropractic school. In 2000, Pamela and her husband took a leap of faith and moved from California to Cornelius, and she has called North Carolina home ever since.
Pamela is well-connected in the North Charlotte area, where she and her husband have run a successful chiropractic practice for over 20 years. Previously, Pamela handled the business and marketing side of the practice while working alongside her husband as a licensed massage therapist. Along the way, Pamela's love for real estate was reignited as the couple bought, sold, and built several homes, purchased investment properties, and renovated commercial properties across the Charlotte area. As the manager of the family's commercial properties and short-term rentals, it was a natural transition for Pamela to obtain her broker license and continue to explore her love for real estate.

Building relationships with her buyers and sellers, effectively listening to understand their needs and guide them in accomplishing their real estate goals is of the highest importance to her.
